The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics recently found that workers with higher education levels (a bachelor's degree or more) are more likely to work from home compared to those with a high school diploma only, with 54% and 18% working remotely respectively. The U.S. government agency also found a gender disparity in work hours, with men working approximately 32 minutes more per day than women in 2022, a difference that persists even among full-time workers. |
