Amazon Web Services (AWS) has designated a group of its employees to test out the effectiveness of ChatGPT for various business operations.
The
company has trialed ChatGPT to write software code, answer job
interview questions, generate training documents, and other functions.
- ChatGPT is OpenAI’s prototype intelligence chatbot that specializes in dialogue.
- The
AWS group investigating the use of ChatGPT has found that it can
successfully respond to AWS support questions and does a great job
creating cloud training documents and generating corporate strategy
questions.
- OpenAI’s
new service was also deemed “great” at writing a troubleshooting guide
for AWS Aurora database engineers and even demonstrates a strong
capability for answering difficult support questions and figuring out a
customer’s company goals.
- Despite these benefits, Amazon has cautioned its employees against sharing confidential company information with ChatGPT due to concerns over OpenAI’s supposed lack of transparency.
