Many real estate agents are seeing huge potential in ChatGPT and are experimenting with it.  A real estate agent, JJ Johannes, used ChatGPT to create a description in five seconds to list a house in Cedar Springs, Iowa.   According to Johannes, he makes a few tweaks and edits to the description, and the task would take at least an hour.  A few commercial and residential agents told CNN that ChatGPT had changed their work from writing listings and social media posts to drafting legal documents.  Commercial real estate executive Serge Reda added that ChatGPT might not be ideal for automating client responses as lead generation and closing deals needs a personalized touch.  Agents use ChatGPT to look up permitted use in certain land and zones and calculate mortgage payments and return on investment for their clients.
