Skyhawk partners with CMLS Financial to expand its real estate advisory services.  Pierre Bergevin leads the advisory arm at CMLS and says the firm has been exploring access to the U.S. and partnerships since last year.  Skyhawk, led by managing principals Kevin Stahl and Wendell Osborne, is a real estate advisory firm in the U.S.  CMLS Financial is based in Canada and is the country's largest independently owned commercial real estate finance company.  Both firms share "a common ground" and cultural fit, offering global investor outreach and market knowledge.  The partnership will also offer staff visibility on interesting and complex files, leading to more talent development and opportunities.
