A Harvard CAPS-Harris survey revealed that Americans feel marijuana should be less regulated than it is right now.
The survey was conducted among 2,050 registered voters.
- Almost half (45%) of the respondents believe there should be fewer rules for cannabis. 22% said the regulations should stay the same, and 33% wanted more laws.
- Respondents favored more regulations on cryptocurrencies, social media, electric vehicles, and coal.
- Another survey by Data for Progress also found that American voters across party lines supported the legalization of marijuana at the federal level.
