Adam Neumann wants residents to "feel" like owners regardless of their actual equity ownership in the real estate property.   There is very little information about Neumann's new company called Flow.  Neumann, who also co-founded WeWork in 2010, recently set up Flow, a rental-housing company.  Flow will launch in various cities in the U.S., including Atlanta; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Miami; and Nashville, Tennessee.  The company plans to own and operate multifamily residential apartment buildings.  Flow seems to be rooted in the idea of 'ownership' and to allow tenants to feel like they have ownership "and it's not just ownership — 'I feel like I'm part of something' — it's 'I own part of something,'" says Neumann.  Neumann also believes that Renters who felt a sense of ownership would extend leases leading to more revenue and profit.
