Amazon AWS launches two new telecom-related features

 

Amazon AWS has announced two new telecom-related features one week before the biggest telecom conference in Spain.  The features aim to make running 4G and 5G easier for operators. Telecom carriers that use Amazon's new offer will be provided with parameters like connection points, networking requirements, compute, and geographies. This data will be run through an AWS-based automated engine that will build out a network architecture. Amazon believes it can monetize telecom companies' efforts to build products from their recent 5G technology implementation. Company officials stated that they aim to make AWS the go-to service for hosting 5G networks for public and private organizations.
