Cisco Systems acquired Santa Clara, Calif.-based cloud network security startup Valtix for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will help Cisco strengthen its security cloud portfolio and help its clients secure workloads across multi-cloud environments.
Valtix's platform offers continuous visibility and control over cloud assets across several cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
