Dick's Sporting Goods announced last week that it would purchase Moosejaw from Walmart.
Moosejaw is an outdoor gear and apparel retailer.
Walmart previously bought the brand in 2017 for $51M. The financial arrangement for this deal with Dick's was not publicly disclosed.
