Fanatics has hired Nick Bell, the former product leader at Google and former Vice President of content at Snap, as its new CEO of live-streamed shopping.
 While
 live-streamed shopping is not yet a primary driver of e-commerce sales 
in the U.S., it has become more popular recently due to investments by 
TikTok and Walmart. 
 
 - Fanatics believes it can use its internal database of 90 million sports fans to launch live-streamed shopping. 
- In
 2022, Fanatics acquired Topps Co's memorabilia division which will be 
heavily integrated into its new live-streamed shopping offerings. 
- Nick Bell will be reporting directly to Mike Mahan, the CEO of Fanatic's collectibles division. 
- Fanatics
 has also recently hired Jason White as its head of marketing for sports
 gambling and Greg Abovksy as CFO of its collectibles business.
