Microsoft has entered into a partnership with Web3 infrastructure provider Ankr to offer a blockchain node service to businesses.

The U.S.-based tech giant pointed out that the partnership will allow developers and enterprises to access blockchain data securely.

The new enterprise service will be powered by the integration of Microsoft's Azure cloud services with Ankr's blockchain infrastructure.

  • Developers and Web3 projects will be able to read or write blockchain data, deploy smart contracts, and relay transactions through the pair's new node hosting service.
  • The integration of the two companies' services is expected to bring scalability, security, low latency, increased memory, and extended bandwidth to the Web3 projects.
  • Ankr CEO Chandler Song described the partnership as an incredible milestone for his company.
