Proptech company MooveGuru announced the acquisition of its competitor, Relocator.

 

Proptech company MooveGuru announced the acquisition of its competitor, Relocator. MooveGuru did not disclose the financial terms but said the transaction would cost the company an eight-figure amount.  Launched in 2016, MooveGuru offers a mover engagement platform and solutions to real estate and mortgage professionals to serve their clients better.  MooveGuru said the acquisition adds contracts with three of the top five mortgage companies, 5,000 loan officers, and 30,000 real estate agents to its platform.  Relocator's co-founders will join MooveGuru's executive team, and its employees will remain part of the combined company.
