Martignetti Cos., a Massachusetts-based wine and spirits distributor, is entering Connecticut’s market by purchasing Hartley & Parker from the Rosenberg family.
The deal with Hartley & Parker, whose portfolio includes around 6,000 brands, is expected to close in the first half of 2023.
- Following the deal, Martignetti will become the only wine and spirits wholesaler with operations in all six states in the New England region.
- Hartley & Parker has been distributing in Connecticut for over 80 years, serving over 5,000 accounts statewide.
- Martignetti Cos. is the US's sixth largest wine and spirits distributor, with an estimated 2022 revenue of $1.4B.
