 The process started in January to lead to worldwide blockchain adoption.  


  • United People's Party in St Maarten is campaigning to make the island nation a crypto hub for the region. 
  • Proponents advocate making Tron a "key part" of local commerce and economic infrastructure.
  • St. Maarten is a constituent country of the Kingdom of Netherlands and is governed by the Central Bank of Curacao and St. Maarten.
