Cambodia-based Canadia Bank has partnered with Tencent Cloud, China’s second-largest cloud provider, to launch its new mobile banking app.
The
collaboration enables Canadia Bank to leverage the Tencent Mobile
Framework (TMF) and mobile security app reinforcement tools.
- The
TMF is Tencent’s mobile financial technology platform that has aided in
the development, maintenance, and implementation of Canadia Bank’s new
mobile app.
- The
new mobile banking app aims to streamline and personalize customers’
virtual banking experiences with its user-friendly features and
functions, including group transfers, opening an account, accruing
loyalty program points, and generating KHQR codes (Cambodia’s universal
QR code system for retail payments).
- Tencent’s mobile security app reinforcement tools enable Canadia Bank to enhance its security features.
- Canadia Bank plans to explore other ways to improve its services and features via its digital transformation journey.
