Clothing brand Lands' End attributed a much-needed Q4 sales boost to Kohl's. 

Eight percent of the revenue boost reported by Lands' End for Q4 was generated by online platforms or Kohl's marketplace.

  • Lands' End reported on Thursday that its revenue for Q4 fell by 4.6% YoY to $529.6M.
  • The firm's global e-commerce revenue fell by 6.1% to $414.5M.
  • Third-party revenue, which includes U.S. wholesales and sales on third-party marketplaces, jumped by 8% YoY to $39.2M.
  • Lands' End posted a loss of $3.3M for Q4 after reporting net income of $7.1M for the same time last year. 
  • The company noted that sales growth from marketplaces, including Kohl's and recently added Target, boosted its net third-party revenue by 37.5% YoY.
