Paris-based open-source headless content management system (CMS) Strapi has just debuted a cloud-hosted version of its CMS.
Strapi Cloud provides instance hosting for small and medium-sized companies with advanced capabilities.
Strapi is known for its headless CMS, which differs from a traditional CMS in that it is hosted and delivered in the cloud and allows developers to manage content in one place and still be able to deploy the content across any front end, thus enabling omnichannel strategies that let developers integrate content into any system, software, or website.
- In addition to hosting instances, Strapi Cloud includes capabilities such as easy deployment, database storage, a global content delivery network (CDN), real-time logs, email/in-app notifications, and advanced CMS features.
- Strapi Cloud enables the distribution of content across different platforms. Developers can use the platform to run their instances on third-party platforms like Heroku, DigitalOcean, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Users can choose from two Strapi plans: Pro ($99 per month) and Team ($499 per month), which both offer a 7-day free trial.
