Author and psychotherapist Esther Perel's "Where Should We Begin?" joined the Vox Media Podcast Network.
The podcast had been exclusively on Spotify since late 2019.
"Where Should We Begin?" features Perel's real conversations with anonymous pairs in her one-time therapy session. The podcast covers a range of issues plaguing modern relationships, from sexual incompatibility to being with someone from a different economic background.
- The podcast will continue to be produced by Magnificient Noise, while Vox Media will handle sales, marketing, and distribution.
- Vox Media plans to work with Perel on "potential editorial collaborations" with the New York Magazine and The Cut.
- Perel shares that as the podcast has grown, her team has been on the search for partners that would "bring the podcast to even broader audiences." The weekly podcast will release a new season this summer.
