HubSpot introduces AI-powered tools

 

CRM platform HubSpot introduced Content Assistant and ChatSpot.ai, two new AI-powered tools to help customers save time and create better connections.

 Content Assistant and ChatSpot are in private beta and public alpha, respectively. 

  • Content Assistant enables marketing and sales teams to ideate, create, and share content by suggesting blog titles, generating content, and streamlining content marketing workflows. 
  • ChatSpot enables HubSpot users to complete tasks using a natural language chat-based user experience. 
  • Using ChatSpot, customers can add contacts and companies to the CRM, create custom reports related to marketing, sales, etc., and draft professional, effective, and personalized sales emails. 
  • The two new tools build on HubSpot's earlier investments in AI, including conversation intelligence, data quality tooling, data enrichment, predictive AI, content optimization, etc.
