Miller Lite is launching a new campaign called "Bad $#!T to Good $#!T" as part of Women's History Month.
The campaign will see Miller Lite purchase and collect old posters, displays, and other marketing materials featuring sexist ads and convert these materials into fertilizer that will be donated to female hops farmers.
The campaign attempts to educate the public on the history of beer brewing and the role of women in creating and distributing beer.
- The campaign also attempts to highlight the sexist advertisements that have been commonplace in the beer industry.
- Miller Lite says the fertilizer donates will create 1,000 pounds of hops, which will be donated to 200 female brewers and used to make 330,000 beers.
- Miller Lite will also be donating to the Pink Boots Society as part of the initiative.
