Seattle-based cloud management company SkyKick has announced a restructuring plan that will result in company-wide layoffs.
The company has not disclosed the number of employees that will be affected.

in 2011, SkyKick specializes in a cloud automation platform for IT
teams to assist small and medium-sized businesses with cloud migration,
security, and management.
- According to the company website, features
of SkyKick include project automation for safer and easier migrations,
unlimited cloud backup, optimized operations, and a security manager to
deliver and monetize cloud security.

Schwartz, SkyKick co-founder and co-CEO stated that the company is
“making organizational changes” to capitalize on investments made over
the last 18 months, forcing the company to “say goodbye to some valuable
colleagues.”
