 The company has not disclosed the number of employees that will be affected. 

  • Founded in 2011, SkyKick specializes in a cloud automation platform for IT teams to assist small and medium-sized businesses with cloud migration, security, and management. 
  • According to the company website, features of SkyKick include project automation for safer and easier migrations, unlimited cloud backup, optimized operations, and a security manager to deliver and monetize cloud security.
  • The Seattle-based company boasts over 30,000 partners worldwide. 
  • Todd Schwartz, SkyKick co-founder and co-CEO stated that the company is “making organizational changes” to capitalize on investments made over the last 18 months, forcing the company to “say goodbye to some valuable colleagues.”
