Zendaya's new HBO deal

According to Puck News, "Euphoria" star Zendaya signed a new deal with HBO netting her $1 million per episode.

That would make the 26-year-old Emmy winner among the highest-paid actors in television.

Zendaya stars in "Euphoria" as troubled teen Rue Bennett, who struggles with substance abuse in the aftermath of her father's death.

  • In 2020, Zendaya became the youngest actor in history to win the Emmy for lead actress in a drama series at 24; she won the same prize again in 2022.
  • Zendaya is also an executive producer on "Euphoria."
  • Other actors who have earned $1 million per episode include the cast of "Friends" in their final season, the "Game of Thrones" lead actors, and Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon for HBO's "Big Little Lies."
