American Eagle partnered with ThredUp to launch a resale shop.   The clothing firm is also working with Snapchat to develop a shoppable augmented reality (AR) app. American Eagle's resale shop is available on the ThredUp site. It runs ThredUp's customizable Resale-as-a-Service (RaaS) solution. American Eagle's new app will provide a shoppable AR Lens for customers to try on styles. Each virtual item will link customers to the corresponding product in its resale shop.
