Coors Whiskey Co., part of Molson Coors, has announced the release of its first bourbon, Barmen 1873.  Barmen 1873 joins Five Trail as Molson Coors' first foray into the full-strength spirit category. Five Trail is an American whiskey, while Barmen 1873 is a pure Kentucky bourbon blend, Both spirits were bottled in Bardstown, Ky., and were developed with the help of Peggy Noe Stevens, the first female master bourbon taster. Barmen 1873 will be available in 13 U.S. states beginning April 3, 2023. Molson Coors is expanding beyond beer into non-beer options, including Golden Wing Barley Milk and Barmen 1873 bourbon.
