Former Microsoft director Sidhant Gupta has been hired as the new CTO of Cloudwerx. According to his Linkedin profile, Gupta had served as Microsoft’s Director of Product Incubation for nearly nine years.
- California-based Cloudwerx is an enterprise cloud consulting firm and was named a Google Cloud Premier Partner in 2022.
- While
at Microsoft, Gupta was in charge of bringing innovative and human
impact-driven health and life sciences to the market and was notably
involved in the development of Microsoft Premonition,
a system that leverages biological monitoring and intelligence to
prevent diseases, maintain food security, and protect ecosystems.
- As
the CTO of Cloudwerx, Gupta will supervise cloud engineering teams,
oversee day-to-day functions, and collaborate with senior leadership to
plan long-term business growth strategies.
