Naftali Group, an N.Y.C.-based global real estate development and investment firm, plans to develop a 65-story high-rise condo in Miami.  The firm has filed two proposals to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board.  The proposed development was designed by Arquitectonica, an award-winning Miami-based firm specializing in architecture, urban planning, and interior design.  The high rise will feature 723 units, 2,187 square feet of commercial space, and 615 parking spaces.  The building’s residential units would mainly range from 471 square foot studios to 2,045 square foot three-bedroom apartments. The upper floors would feature larger four-bedroom houses ranging from 3,499 to 3,698 square feet.  Naftali currently has a proposed rental tower in Fort Lauderdale that is also awaiting approval.
