Proptech company Dottid formally released its workflow platform, Assets OS.   The company claims it saves money and time by consolidating the capabilities of multiple platforms, tools, and workflows into one intuitive interface.  Asset OS provides asset managers with oversight, data transparency, and detailed insights to improve revenue and maximize resources.  Its features include an API connector to integrate third-party tools, the ability to manage construction projects from start to finish, and allows users to track loan details and critical dates.  It also offers a real-time stacking plan, encumbrance schedules, property activity, and inquiries.  Director of Operations at Dogwood Commercial, Jow Zylka, said Dottid helped the company grow its portfolio by 2.5x.
