Proptech company Renew raised an $8M seed round and announced its official launch. 

 Investors participating in the investment round include Upfront Ventures, Goldcrest Capital, Allen & Company LLC, and Walkabout Ventures. 

  • Renew's software offers a centralized renewal tool to manage tenants and integrates with all leading property management systems. 
  • It automates outreach to tenants, delivers renewals with dynamic pricing, and creates a curated resident experience by leveraging insights. 
  • The New York-based company also named its advisory board, which includes prominent leaders from the multifamily industry. 
  • Tyler Billings from Connecticut-based Hamilton Point Investments, which uses Renew, claimed the platform gave a 140% return on investment.
