Shake Shack launches NYC campaign

 

Shake Shack launched an out-of-home campaign in New York City last week to promote its White Truffle Menu. 

The campaign is part of Shake Shack's strategy to serve higher-scale but affordable offerings.

  • The campaign was created by Grand Visual (Shack Shack's in-house creative department) and media agency Talon.
  • The campaign is a virtual hunt throughout New York City with billboards in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. 
  • Customers could win $2000 or Shake Shack promo codes by scanning the QR code at one of the billboards. 
  • Shake Shack's campaign comes as billboard-based QR code marketing is becoming more popular in reaching younger consumers.
