Two Sigma Impact has closed a $675M fund to invest in consumer, healthcare, and human capital-centric businesses.

 So far, it has deployed $370M across six investments.

  • The firm aims to use its proprietary Good Job Score Assessment Tool to assess prospective investment opportunities.
  • This tool ranks companies based on four main components:
    • Leadership,
    • Purpose,
    • Growth,
    • and Fairness.
  • Two Sigma Impact aims to invest in companies that highlight the importance of human capital and that have a strong social impact. 
  • Some of its portfolio organizations and companies are:
    • Circle of Care,
    • Milestone,
    • Eclipse Advantage,
    • IndiMade Brands, etc.
  • Two Sigma stated that the round was led by pension funds, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • The company is based in New York City.
