WeWork co-founder Adam Neumann said in an interview at a conference that he plans to launch Flow in Saudi Arabia.

In August, Neumann launched Flow with $350M in funding.

  • In a discussion with Marc Andreessen and Ben Horowitz, Neumann talked about their shared enthusiasm for Saudi Arabia.
    • Horowitz described Saudi Arabia as a startup country.
  • Neumann's Flow manages around 3,000 units in Atlanta, Miami, Nashville, and other cities.
  • Neumann claimed the goal of Flow was to make residents feel valued and ownership and provide an elevated experience and a community to tenants.
  • The event was conducted by a non-profit bankrolled by one of the country's largest sovereign funds.
