John Enwright will step down as CFO of Vera Bradley.
His departure comes as the handbag and luggage retailer prepares to restructure.
- Enwright will be replaced by Michael Schwindle on May 8.
- Schwindle previously worked in financial roles at companies including Claire's and Home Depot.
- Vera Bradley plans to make organizational changes to its e-commerce, product design, product development, and marketing operations.
- The changes are expected to result in the elimination of 25 corporate roles.
