Netflix grabbed the latest project from "Don't Look Up" filmmaker Adam McKay, titled
"Average Height, Average Build." The hybrid thriller-comedy stars Robert Pattinson as a wealthy serial killer who employs a lobbyist (Amy Adams) to influence lawmakers, thus making it easier for him to pursue his homicidal hobby.
- McKay wrote the script and also plans to direct the film.
- The cast also includes Robert Downey Jr., Forest Whitaker, and Danielle Deadwyler.
- Adams and McKay also collaborated on the Dick Cheney biopic "Vice."
- McKay's previous Netflix film, the satirical comedy "Don't Look Up," was nominated for four Oscars, including Best Picture; according to Netfix, it's the second most-streamed film in the platform's history in its first 28 days of release
