Amazon extends deal with Grubhub

 

Amazon will extend its Prime partnership with Grubhub.  Prime members will gain free Grubhub+ membership for an additional year. Amazon first partnered with Grubhub to provide savings for its Prime Student loyalty program members in 2021. Amazon launched its initial free Grubhub membership scheme in 2022. The deal came as Amazon acquired a 2% stake in Grubhub from its owner, Just Eat Takeaway. Amazon can buy up to 15% of Grubhub under the terms of the latest deal.
