Authentic Brands Group purchased Hunter Boot Limited's intellectual property

 

Authentic Brands Group purchased Hunter Boot Limited's intellectual property.  Authentic is working on expanding its presence outside the U.S. Authentic expanded a partnership with Batra Group in addition to its intellectual property purchase. Batra will manage Hunter's e-commerce and wholesale distribution in the U.K. and Europe. Batra will also design and develop Hunter's footwear, apparel, and accessories in those regions. Marc Fisher Footwear will operate Hunter's e-commerce and wholesale in the U.S.
