Coloma is joining Deutsch Bank from Credit Suisse where he served as head of real estate, in Southeast Asia. Other leadership changes announced this week: - Colliers expanded its Capital Markets division by adding Grant Lammersen as vice chair, who is leaving Newmark after serving as its vice chairman and co-head of its capital markets group in San Francisco.

- Cushman & Wakefield appointed Andy La Dow as the Managing Principal of its San Diego operations to oversee the growth of the company's Advisory business in the region.
- Mortgage Bankers Association announced Rodrigo Lopez will lead its Commercial/Multifamily Future Leaders Program from Oct. 17.
- Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners promoted Glenn Imboden and Allan Fox as vice presidents after years of exemplary yearly sales performance.
