Zoom has launched generative AI-powered meeting summaries and Chat compose on a trial basis for select users. The features are included as part of Zoom IQ, the meeting platform's AI smart companion. The first feature automatically provides summaries of meetings, including sessions that a user missed, and can also post the meeting recaps on Zoom Team Chat. - In addition to the summaries, Zoom's IQ assistant already generates meeting highlights and chapters.

Meanwhile, Microsoft Teams Premium currently offers an add-on for AI-powered intelligent meeting recaps. - Salesforce recently added ChatGPT to Slack to summarize conversation threads and respond to queries.
