According to a recent report from The Information, Apple is developing software wherein people can use Siri to create mixed-reality apps.

Users could then share those apps on Apple's App Store.

More:

  • Apple is allegedly utilizing technology developed by Fabric Software, which Apple acquired in 2017.
  • Apple is likely adding programs to the headset to give wearers the option to scan their surroundings and import objects from the real world as 3D assets. Those assets could then populate virtual worlds.
  • Apple may also debut a no-code platform, similar to those on Roblox or Minecraft, that does not rely on Siri for building virtual worlds.
