Fox plans to air spots promoting the Fox Nation streaming service during this weekend's Super Bowl broadcast.
The ads
include a number of celebrities who are featured in upcoming Fox Nation
content, including Kevin Costner, Kelsey Grammer, Roseanne Barr, and
Dan Aykroyd.

Fox choosing to use some of its highly valued Super Bowl promo time to
support Fox Nation indicates the central importance of the platform to
the company's future plans.
- Costner hosts an upcoming Fox
Nation docuseries about the history of Yellowstone National Park, while
Grammer hosts an educational series about historic battles in which the
US has taken part.
- Aykroyd will host in "A History of the World in Six Glasses,"
a new series looking at the central importance of various beverages
throughout human civilization; fellow panelists include actors and
comedians Jim Belushi, Jon Lovitz, Kevin Nealon, and George Wendt.
- The streamer will also promote its first stand-up comedy special, Roseanne Barr's "Cancel This."

personalities from the Fox News channel, but has started producing more
entertainment-focused content and lifestyle programming.
