Limit Break, a blockchain game developer, will be airing a Super Bowl ad this year that will include the company giving away 10,000 NFTs.
The
free NFTs are connected to its new online fantasy mobile game,
DigiDaigaku, and the NFTs are expected to build investment and interest
in the new game.
- The ad will be 30
seconds and feature a QR code that can be scanned and used to access one
of the NFTs. The code will be valid until all supply is given away.
- The NFTs will then be able to improve users' gaming experience when they download DigiDaigaku.
- The
commercial was designed in-house without an external agency and has
been promoted online by the company and its CEO using social media.
- DigiDaigaku is expected to launch later this year.
- This is the first Super Bowl commercial for Limit Break.
- This
is expected to be one of a small amount of cryptocurrency or
blockchain-related ads at this year's Super Bowl after a significant
number in 2022.
