 Due to the current macroeconomic instability, organizations are expected to focus on RevOps processes, leverage advanced CRM tools, automate tasks, and emphasize customer retention this year. 

Organizations will look to increase the communication and collaboration between sales, revenue, and operations teams by leveraging advanced RevOps platforms.

  • Firms will be looking to use advanced CRM tools to automate tasks such as lead qualification, engagement, and buyer intent evaluation to gain a competitive advantage over peers. 
  • Companies will strive to retain existing clients by offering benefits and discounts, emphasizing customer lifetime value over short-term revenue.

Over the next four years, Gartner estimates that sales enablement budgets will grow by 50%.
