 According to a poll by Ipsos, 68% of Americans have already used customer service chatbots.


  • The survey also found that 77% of U.S. consumers prefer to interact with human customer service rather than chatbots.
    • Only 35% said chatbots can solve their problem most of the time.
  • 64% said that the government should stop job loss due to the widening use of AI.
  • Regarding other topics, the survey found that 66% of Americans will watch the Super Bowl, and 33% were more excited about the ads than the game itself.
