Super Bowl LVII viewership

Super Bowl LVII averaged around 113 million viewers, according to early Nielsen data. That would make the most watched Big Game in six years, since the 2017 match-up between the New England Patriots and the Atlanta Falcons.

  • The game aired on Fox and also streamed for viewers with cable subscriptions or replacement streaming platforms, such as YouTube TV.
  • Fox said it was the most-streamed Super Bowl in history, with around 7 million viewers watching online.
  • Rihanna's halftime show received around 118.7 million viewers, the most since Katy Perry's performance in 2015, which still holds the record for the most-watched halftime show of all time.
  • Last year's game -- which aired on NBC and streamed on its digital platforms -- received around 112.3 million average viewers.
