Josh Burris has departed as CEO of supplement retailer GNC.
The company has not announced a replacement, and its executive team now reports directly to GNC Holdings' board of directors.
Burris became GNC's CEO after the company exited its 2020 bankruptcy under new ownership.
- He previously worked at AM Retail Group as well as Abercrombie & Fitch.
- GNC was forced to shut over 1,000 stores during the chapter 11 process.
- The company was acquired by Chinese conglomerate Harbin Pharmaceutical Group for $760M after filing for bankruptcy.
