Concerns about side effects include low blood sugar, pancreas inflammation, and diabetic retinopathy. According to an NBC News report, some users cannot obtain the drug because of its rise in popularity on TikTok. Some pharmacies are no longer stocking it due to its high cost. Fast weight loss is not recommended, and a healthy diet, exercise, and a safe relationship with one's body are essential for a successful weight loss journey.
