Klarna will roll out an artificial intelligence (AI) powered shopping feed for its app.
The feed comes as part of a wide range of new products and services announced by the Swedish e-commerce payments firm on Tuesday.
Klarna has developed an in-house AI product recommendation engine.
- The company said that the engine powers its new shopping feed, allowing it to collate products that are most relevant to online customers.
- The feed learns about consumer preferences to tailor recommendations and provide real-time updates, according to Klarna's statement.
- The company announced last month that it partnered with OpenAI to develop a ChatGPT-powered personal shopping assistant.
