The final two episodes of "Star Trek: Picard" will screen in select IMAX theaters on April 19.
The screenings will be followed by a livestreamed Q&A with the show's cast.
- Tickets for the event are free, and become availalbe this Wednesday, April 12.
- The
third and final season of "Picard" serves as a reunion for much of the
cast of "Star Trek: The Next Generation," including Patrick Stewart,
Gates McFadden, Jonathan Frakes, Marina Sirtis, LeVar Burton, Michael
Dorn, and Brent Spiner.
- Though Season 3 will wrap up the story, showrunner Terry Matalas has teased potential spinoffs, including one called "Star Trek: Legacy" featuring new characters introduced in "PIcard."
- Cities
hosting IMAX screenings include Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles,
New York, Orlando, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington DC.
