Chico's FAS named David Oliver as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

Oliver replaces Patrick Guido, who plans to leave the clothing company this month.

David Oliver is currently Chico's chief accounting officer.

Oliver previously held senior financial roles at Supervalu, the Arden Group, and The Vons Companies.
Chico's Q1 net sales decreased by 1.1% YoY while its comparable sales rose 40% on a two-year stacked basis.
The company boosted its digital and omnichannel capabilities with the release of its StyleConnect shopping experience in 2018.
