Dr. Martens reported revenue of $1.25B (£1B) for 2023.  The footwear brand's D2C channel has grown to comprise 52% of its business. Dr. Martens' overall revenue was up 10% in 2023.  D2C sales rose 16% to £520.7M. Labor and warehouse costs drove operating expenses up 18% to £373.1M. The company's U.S. business reported a "disappointing year." U.S. revenue was down 1% on a constant currency basis.
