The Brandtech Group acquires Jellyfish

 

The Brandtech Group, a NY-based marketing technology group, has fully acquired digital media and marketing agency Jellyfish for an undisclosed sum.

 The deal makes Brandtech a $1B marketing agency with over 7,000 employees. 

  • Jellyfish launched in 2005 and boasts major global clients, including Disney, ESPN, Netflix, Nestle, Nike, Samsung, Spotify, Uber, and many others. The marketing agency is also a renowned Google Cloud Training Partner and Meta Business and Salesforce Consulting partner. 
  • The agreement enables Brandtech to expand and enhance its business through access to technology such as AI and Web3. 
  • Contractual terms state that Rob Pierre, CEO and founder of Jellyfish, will become chair of Jellyfish, and Brandtech CEO Nick Emery will become Jellyfish's new CEO.
